Out of 147 matches, Real Madrid won 96 matches under him and lost only 16. He was a standout manager in domestic competition. Apart from the La Liga trophy, he also won one Copa del Rey and 2 Supercopa de Espana.

Del Bosque was an unsung hero as a manager and In his four seasons in charge, he ushered the club through one of its most successful spells in modern history. He won two Champions League titles in 2000 and 2002. In 2001 and 2003, he won the La Liga titles.
During his time, Los Blancos won 104 matches out of 186. There was some controversial end to his job as he was offered the post of technical director after securing the 29th La Liga title. He turned down the offer and this is how we saw a disappointing end to our finest manager. The club changed seven coaches in the next years and since his departure, he did not win any major trophies.
