Carlo Ancelotti aiming for a perfect ending to the 2021/22 season.
The Italian manager won the La Liga title with Real Madrid in his second stint with the club.
He aims to win the Champions League on May 28 for a perfect ending to the 2021/22 season.
Ancelotti is the first manager in history to win all of Europe’s top-five leagues.
The Los Blancos are hunting for the 14th European trophy this season and winning in Paris would also make Ancelotti hold the record for the most Champions League trophies.
“I’ve never got to this stage of the season in a situation like this,” Ancelotti said ahead of Real Madrid’s trip to city rivals Atletico Madrid. “What a week we’ve had, winning the league, and getting to the final.
“To finish it off, it would be good to win [the Champions League] on May 28, and we’ll try. Winning it would make this the best season of my career for sure.”
Real Madrid will face Atletico in the Madrid derby at Wanda Metropolitana Stadium on Sunday night.
