Chelsea has reportedly “devised a historic joint offer” to Real Madrid in an attempt to replace four players they don’t want. The Blues had a disappointing January transfer window when they were unable to get a new centre-back after losing out on Jeremy Jacquet, who was headed to Liverpool.

Liam Rosenior’s team is full of young players; however, they lack quality in several areas and most of them are at the same level. They attempted to recruit a defender in January while pursuing Jacquet, and this is especially true in the categories of goalkeeper, centre-back, and striker.

However, Jacquet’s current club, Ligue Un team Rennes, refused to approve his departure in the winter, and the two teams continued to disagree on valuation, making this pursuit challenging.

Chelsea ultimately lost out entirely when Liverpool agreed to sign the center back for around £55 million plus a further £5 million in summer add-ons. Chelsea is already being connected to possible targets; therefore, it is doubtful that this would stop them from participating in this summer’s transfer market.

Chelsea hoping to sign Endrick and Nico Paz in €120m summer spree

Those players are Nico Paz and Endrick, and Chelsea want to bolster their assault with the highly regarded attacking pair before summer. Endrick, a Brazilian forward who was impressive while on loan at Lyon, was the target of a huge bid.

Como’s Nico Paz has been really impressive in Serie A, and the Italian team has been unable to hold onto him. It is anticipated that Real Madrid will activate a small buy-back provision in his contract, enabling them to re-sign him in the summer.

According to reports, Chelsea is getting ready to make a combined €120 million bid to see how committed Real Madrid is to the highly regarded offensive combo. In order to entice Real Madrid to accept the offer, the objective is to give €50 million for Nico Paz and the rest €70 million for Endrick.

Real Madrid has huge hopes for the highly regarded offensive combo to excel at the Bernabeu, so they might not want to sell just yet. Instead of selling them to the highest bidder, especially next summer, the goal is to bring the offensive talents back to the team and integrate them into the first squad.
