A FIFA agent believes Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen could join Real Madrid this summer, forming a lethal frontline with Kylian Mbappé and Vinicius Junior.
Osimhen to Real Madrid: Agent Claims €100m Deal Could Happen
Mithat Halis, who previously worked with Osimhen during his Wolfsburg days, claims the Nigerian international would cost over €100 million (£88.7m).
Halis predicts a transfer battle between Real Madrid and Barcelona, insisting Madrid desperately need a traditional centre-forward.
“Real Madrid haven’t had a centre forward since Karim Benzema’s time,” Halis told AS.
“They are forced to play Mbappe and Vinicius as strikers.
If they sign Osimhen, Mbappe and Vinicius will play in their natural positions as wingers and will be more effective.”
Osimhen, 27, joined Galatasaray permanently last summer after a successful loan from Napoli.
He scored 37 goals and provided eight assists in 41 matches last season, winning the Turkish Super Liga and Turkish Super Cup.
This season, he continues to shine with 19 goals and seven assists in 30 appearances. His contract with Galatasaray runs until 2029.
However, TEAMtalk sources suggest a move to Madrid remains unlikely.
The Spanish giants plan to integrate Endrick into their first-team squad next season after his loan spell at Lyon ends.
While Gonzalo Garcia may leave, Madrid does not view Osimhen as a necessary replacement.
Real Madrid also faces pressure to retain one of their star midfielders, with Manchester United and Liverpool showing interest.
Club officials prioritize that situation over signing another high-profile striker.
For now, Osimhen stays focused on Galatasaray. But with the summer window approaching, expect more speculation linking Africa’s reigning Player of the Year to Europe’s biggest stage.
Whether Madrid acts on that interest remains a different story.
