Manchester City is now looking at the possibility of winning the triple, the first English team to do it in a while, following a winning streak that saw them overtake Arsenal in the Premier League

The Champions League will undoubtedly prove to be the most difficult obstacle for the Premier League champions to overcome, particularly in light of how Pep Guardiola’s team has performed poorly in the league in recent years.

Real Madrid, who they will face in the semifinals, will make their task even more challenging. Ian Wright says that if Man City wants to win the treble this season, Real Madrid is the team to beat.

Real Madrid is undoubtedly having a great time in the Champions League this year. In the knockout rounds, they particularly destroyed English teams Chelsea and Liverpool.

The most difficult of the three, though, is Manchester City, who have the strongest team and are led by some of the best footballers in the world. Arsene Wenger, another ex-Arsenal player, has already endorsed the English champions to succeed because of their strong defence.

Next week’s Champions League semifinal between these two colossal European teams promises to be an exhilarating contest.
