Real Madrid, one of the biggest teams in La Liga, completed a transaction this past weekend to bolster their attacking capabilities. It has been confirmed that Los Blancos have acquired Rachad Fettal from Almería, another Spanish team. For his part, Fettal is a 20-year-old attacker who plays center-forward most of the time.
With 15 league games this past season, the youthful player was already a mainstay in Almería’s first squad. Additionally, Fettal clearly went above and beyond to make a favorable impression on the people working behind the scenes at the aforementioned Real Madrid.
It was reported earlier this month that the Santiago Bernabéu’s management had begun negotiations with Almería to finalize a contract for the Moroccan youth international. And as mentioned above, these conversations have formally paid off as of late this week.

Arbeloa’s new project at Real Madrid Castilla is being worked on extremely hard in Valdebebas, in addition to analyzing the first team’s current state. Rachad Fettal will therefore be a new player for the Madrid affiliate for the upcoming three seasons, marking the end of numerous rumors and conjectures in recent days. The request was made specifically by Álvaro Arbeloa.
Real Madrid CF and the Almería Sports Union have struck an agreement for the transfer of Rachad Fettal; therefore, the Spanish-Moroccan footballer is no longer a member of the red and white team. After playing for the first team under Rubi the previous season, the striker, whose contract was set to expire in 2028, now joins the Madrid organization. In this new and ambitious stage that starts at Real Madrid, Almería wishes him well and success.
