During a meeting with fans, Perez was asked about the Frenchman’s non-signing while signing autographs and posing for photographs, and his response has made waves online.
Florentino confessed to the fan as he signed the autograph: “The poor guy, Mbappe must already be sorry.”
Mbappe’s decision, after more than a year of publicly flirting with Real Madrid, has left everybody in the Spanish capital somewhat angry, surprised, and confused. Some even feel betrayed by what happened.
