Real Madrid will unveil Kylian Mbappe after the Champions League final.
Real Madrid are on the way to announce the arrival of Kylian Mbappe this summer. He has indicated that he is “a few days away” from being confirmed as a Real Madrid player.
The Frenchman announced that he would be leaving Paris Saint-Germain. He played his final game for PSG and won the domestic trophy. Mbappe is a free agent now as his contract expires now.
The Frenchman has been a long-term target for Real Madrid. Mbappe’s agent and mother Fayza Lamari recently hinted that her son will join Los Blancos on a free transfer ahead of the new season.
Speaking after the cup success, the Frenchman was asked why is yet to reveal his next destination. Mbappe told reporters in the mixed zone, “Because I think the best thing to do is to finish saying goodbye. All I wanted was to finish well.
“There is a time for everything. I will announce my new club in due course. It will be only a few days away so there is no problem.”
Real Madrid will unveil Mbappe after the Champions League final. He later discussed this and said, “I still don’t know. There are still some details. The most important thing was to win and to experience these final emotions.”
According to Relevo, the Spanish giants are likely to wait for the Champions League final against Borussia Dortmund to confirm Mbappe as their first signing of the summer.
