Kvaratskhelia would have been a perfect replacement for Eden Hazard.

According to a fresh report from Defensa Central, Real Madrid will drop their interest in Napoli winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. It has been added that the Spanish giants have pulled the plug on their operation to land the Georgian sensation.

The 21-year-old has marked the attention from various European clubs after showing excellent performances in Serie A. He has put in a series of match-winning displays on the left side of Napoli’s attack. The Georgian has netted eight goals and provided ten assists in 17 matches for the Naples outfit this season across all competitions.

Kvaratskhelia’s current contract at Napoli is set to expire in the summer of 2027. It wouldn’t have been easy for the Los Blancos to arrange a move for him on the cheap this month.

Kvaratskhelia can shoot the ball with venom and accuracy from long range and he is primarily a left-sided wide player but can also fill in as a right-winger or play in the number ten position.

Kvaratskhelia would have been a perfect replacement for Eden Hazard who had an injury-plagued spell at the Santiago Bernabeu.
