Real Madrid to reach financial agreement with Bayern if they move for Julian Nagelsmann (RM)

Nagelsmann’s surprise departure has ignited speculation of a move to Madrid.

Since the departure of Julian Nagelsmann, Real Madrid are in the race to get him on board to replace him with Carlo Ancelotti ahead of the new season.

The Los Blancos will need to reach a financial agreement with Bayern Munich if they intend to move for Julian Nagelsmann.

The Bavarian giants sacked Nagelsmann last week, despite his great numbers in Germany. Thomas Tuchel was installed as his replacement.

Nagelsmann’s surprise departure has ignited speculation of a move to Madrid due to his long-term links with the top job at Real Madrid.

Carlo Ancelotti’s future is uncertain despite winning La Liga and the Champions League last season. He failed to replicate the same in the current season and lost thrice in three months to Barcelona.

As per reports from Bild, Naglesmann’s compensation package was only confirmed if he completed his second year in charge at the Allianz Arena.

However, he will continue to be paid by Bayern, until he joins a new club, estimated at €8-9m per year, with Real Madrid potentially requesting to pay part of the settlement to speed up talks.
