According to a report today on AS, Real Madrid striker Gonzalo García may be leaving the team this summer, and Los Blancos are willing to sell the Spanish star if they receive a €60 million bid for him. According to the same source, Borussia Dortmund is interested in signing him and would be prepared to make a bid of €30 million.
In the FIFA Club World Cup last year, Gonzalo replaced Kylian Mbappé and became a first-team player. In a little over 1,000 minutes of Real Madrid play this season, he has scored six goals and was the tournament’s top scorer.
Gonzalo has to keep improving as a player because he recently turned 22. Considering how few minutes he is anticipated to play in the Spanish capital, it makes the most sense to do that outside of Real Madrid.
