Real Madrid are looking to sign Borussia Dortmund star forward Erling Haaland.
He will be a great addition to the squad, with Toni Kroos’s agent Volker Struth dropping a major hint that Haaland might potentially be joining the Los Blancos.
“I wouldn’t say no to Haaland. He’s very special, both as a footballer and personally. He’s also young. Maybe you will play with him, Toni. He’ll make his way,” said Struth.
Currently, it’s no big news that Erling Braut Haaland is one of the world’s biggest upcoming players, with several clubs vying to get him on their squad. Better known as a ‘goalscoring machine’, the 20 year old Norweigan has racked up stellar stats of 17 goals in just 14 appearances across all competitions this season!
The star striker chose to go to Borussia Dortmund in January 2020 after being strongly linked with Premier League giants Manchester United, and his transfer was carried out for a reported fee of €20 million.
However, now the Norweigan has been recently linked to several high profile clubs across Europe, including Manchester City and Barcelona, and now even Real Madrid is in the running to sign the youngster. It does seem likely that Haaland might leave next season, if not January. If Haaland does join the Los Blancos, it will relieve pressure on current strikers Karim Benzema and Luka Jovic. Zidane will definitely be relieved to have points on his side.
