Vinícius Júnior is Real Madrid’s star player and he has been in top form this season. The Brazilian is one of the best wingers in all of Europe.
The young gun has scored 12 goals and added seven assists this season for Los Blancos. The 21-year-old is the second-highest goalscorer in LaLiga only behind team-mate Karim Benzema. Real Madrid also takes the top spot in La Liga 2021-22 and they are strong favourites to win the title this season.
The Brazil international was asked by MARCA about future Ballon d’Or chances and believes his best shot to achieve greatness is to stay put at Real Madrid.
“It’s better not to put any (price tag on me),” he said when asked how much he believes he’s worth.
“It’s better to stay here in Madrid.
“I have to work hard [for the Ballon d’Or]. I have to keep playing here, do things well and always be at my best. If I keep playing like this, of course, I can win it.
“The main thing for me is to win with the team and win many titles with Real Madrid.”
