Former Real Madrid defender Theo Hernandez has been wondering whether the Los Blancos miss his presence in the squad.

Hernandez moved to AC Milan in July 2019 after being with Real Madrid for 2 years and is comfortable staying there currently, being an important player in their team. While at Real Madrid, he had limited chances to perform which is why he made a move away from Santiago Bernabeu.

“I don’t know if in Madrid they’ll have regretted my departure. I couldn’t show what I can do as I didn’t get enough minutes,” Theo told El Transistor.

“When you’re not getting minutes, you’re not confident. I arrived very young, I’ve grown up now.”

“I don’t see myself going back to Madrid, if I can I’d stay at Milan forever,” said Theo.

“Since coming to Milan I’m playing quite well. I think I’m having the best time of my career.”

“Milan aren’t like it was a few years back, I believe we can take the title from Juventus,” added Theo.

“The Italian league is more physical than the Spanish one. In LaLiga, the ball features more prominently.”

“The training here is harder than at Madrid,” he admitted.
