Real Betis are planning to move for Real Madrid midfielder Isco.

According to Marca, coach Manuel Pellegrini believes the Real Madrid midfielder can still give a lot on the pitch and has called for his signature to reinforce Betis ahead of the new campaign.

Talks have started and everything depends on Betis achieving a place in next season’s Champions League.

The 30-year-old wants to prove that he is still ready for the top level and his starting point is to take part in Europe’s premier club competition.

They are in the fight to pull off the deal and have five games ahead to achieve the objective, which would allow them to take a step forward in reinforcing the squad with Isco and other Champions League-level players.

Isco has made 12 appearances in La Liga 2021/22 and netted once. He has also played three Champions League fixtures.
