Real Madrid are showing interest in Newcastle United new boy Bruno Guimaraes

The 24-year-old joined from Lyon in January and has been a crucial component of the team’s development under manager Eddie Howe.

According to AS, Real Madrid intends to bolster their ageing midfield in the coming transfer windows. With Gareth Bale most likely exiting Real Madrid, the club would look for some reinforcements to solidify their stance.

DC United are being linked with Real Madrid attacker Gareth Bale. The Welsh international is set to leave the Los Blancos this summer when his contract runs out.

Bale is starting to look for a new club and he may find his next home in the US. The Madrid striker are on the radar of Major League Soccer side DC United.

Guimaraes, according to the source, might be a probable signing.

Newcastle, on the other hand, is remarkably wealthy owing to its Saudi ownership, and will have no interest in moving a player they signed less than six months ago.

If Real is serious about acquiring Guimaraes, they will most certainly have to spend twice or three times the £40 million Newcastle paid Lyon.
