Real Madrid attacker Rodrygo has talked about the special feeling of the UCL where they will meet Liverpool next month.
The Real Madrid stars have a match set up against the Reds next month in the quarter finals and it will be a watery clash for both sides.
“These matches give us a different feeling, but we want to play well and win,” Rodrygo explained to Real Madrid TV.
“Every match is important, although these are a little more important. These matches are the most special.”
“Everyone is seeing that we don’t give up,” Rodrygo added.
“We will fight to the end, no matter how many points we need. We will always fight to the last moment.”
Rodrygo also revealed how Zidane wants him and Vinicius to play. Both stars are young and Real have high hopes pinned on them.
He asks us to be organised and to press high up the pitch,” Rodrygo said.
“It’s better to press forward because you’re already close to the goal if we win the ball back.
“You have to be attentive to the defenders and your full-backs need to always be close to the opponents goal.”
