Iker Casillas will be regarded as Real Madrid’s best goalkeeper. He has left a glorious career with Los Blancos playing from 1999 to 2015. He won 19 trophies for Real Madrid and achieved big records in La Liga. He is one of the greatest players in the club’s history.

Iker Casillas made his first-team debut for Real Madrid in La Liga at the age of seventeen. The Spaniard is the third record holder in the list of goalkeepers with the highest clean sheets in La Liga history with 177 clean sheets.

He played 520 matches for Real Madrid and in his first four seasons, he won Champions League and La Liga titles twice. Overall, he has 5 La Liga titles, 3 European Cups, 3 Club World Cup, 2 Intercontinental Cups, 2 European Super Cup, 2 Copas del Rey, 4 Spanish Super Cups and 1 World Cup with Spain.

Sergio Ramos is one of the finest defenders in the history of Real Madrid. He was the captain of Real Madrid’s three winning Champions League campaigns. Before leaving for PSG, he left a legacy in club history.

Zinedine Zidane is the iconic player in Real Madrid’s history. The club made a big transfer when they signed him in 2001 and later, he become a legendary figure for the club.

The Frenchman made the move to the Spanish capital for a world record fee of £69.75m. He guided Rael Madrid to the Champions League title in the same season. He made 227 appearances for Real Madrid, scoring 49 goals and registering 67 assists. He also won Intercontinental Cup and Super Cup in his debut year. In 2003, he won the La Liga title.

Zidane has more glories as a manager for Real Madrid with 3 Champions League titles, 2 Club World Cups, 2 Super Cups, and 2 La Liga titles. He later helped Real Madrid to win three Champions League trophies as a coach.

Santiago Bernabeu will always be regarded as the greatest to be associated with Real Madrid. Club’s stadium is also named in honour of him. He helped Real Madrid to become a big club in Europe. He was the club’s president for 35 years, from 11 September 1943 until his death in 1978.
