Harry Kane, a standout forward for Tottenham, will be a top priority for Real Madrid this summer, according to Carlo Ancelotti
After being prevented from leaving the club at the beginning of the 2022–23 Premier League season, the England captain is prepared to quit Spurs as he enters the final year of his contract in Paris.
The 29-year-old is one of two players being pursued by Los Blancos in their search for a long-term successor for captain Karim Benzema, along with Juventus’ Dusan Vlahovic.
Benzema has intimated that he will accept a one-year extension to remain in Madrid rather than accept a move to Saudi Arabia.
The seasoned Italian, according to reports from The Athletic, has already made contact with Kane’s camp in order to move quickly in the summer transfer market.
Prior to Real Madrid’s final match of the 2022–23 season, Ancelotti denied inquiries about a Kane transfer. However, after Harry Kane returns from England service later this month, negotiations with Spurs may start.
