Man City to add competition for Real Madrid for signing of Miguel Gutierrez

Miguel Gutierrez’s contract will expire in the summer of 2027.

As per reports of BBC, Manchester City are going to give the tough task to Real Madrid for the signing of Girona’s Spanish left-back, Miguel Gutierrez.

Gutierrez is one of the primary targets for Madrid. He spent 11 years in the Spanish capital. The Spaniard came through from their youth system. He made his move from Girona 18 months ago.

Gutiérrez began his football journey at ADYC Pinto at the age of 6 in 2005. He spent 5 seasons at Getafe before joining Real Madrid’s academy at the age of 10.

He came back to Girona in the summer of 2022 and his contract will expire in the summer of 2027. Manchester City are planning to make an offer to acquire his services.

Pep Guardiola tries Josko Gvardiol often who fills in at left-back during a four-man defence. They need a conventional left-back to enhance depth and consistency at City. Chelsea and Bayern are also monitoring the process of the 22-year-old.
