Los Blancos looking at them as the long-term replacements for Dani Carvajal in the near future.

Real Madrid are focusing on the upcoming summer transfer window and they want to sign a couple of young players who can be their future prospects.

Los Blancos have their sights trained on Bayer Leverkusen wonderkid Florian Wirtz. Meanwhile, they are also monitoring the club manager Xabi Alonso as the future successor to Carlo Ancelotti.

According to journalist Rodra P, the Spanish giants are closely following Bayer Leverkusen right-back Jeremie Frimpong. The 23-year-old has excelled since joining Die Werkself from Celtic back in 2021.

The Dutch defender has scored 12 goals and 11 assists from 34 matches in all competitions. Los Blancos considers him as a long-term replacement for Dani Carvajal in the near future. Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold is also on the radar.

Frimpong’s market value stands at €50 million and his contract with Bayer Leverkusen will expire in the summer of 2028.
