Real Madrid has signed two marquee players this summer.

The Italian manager has confirmed there will be no further signings this summer and a few from the squad could depart.

Real Madrid have signed both Aurelien Tchouameni and Antonio Rudiger in this transfer window and is probably one of the quietest windows in Real’s history.

Ancelotti claims they have a bigger squad to deal with even with the departure of Luka Jovic, Gareth Bale, Marcelo and Isco this summer.

“I think we have a better squad now than the one we had last year,” Ancelotti stated after the El Clasico defeat.

“In training, you can see that there is even more intensity.

“I think there was a lot of intensity in this match, especially in the first half, and I thought it was an even game.

“I tried to spread out the minutes among the players. I wanted to play some younger players.

“Overall, I liked this performance against a strong opponent.”
