According to Arancha Rodriguez, both players will be available for El Clasico on Saturday.
Real Madrid and Barcelona will be in action for the El Clasico clash on the weekend. The Los Blancos gets a boost ahead of the big game in the Catalan capital. Jude Bellingham and Joselu are available for Saturday’s La Liga contest.
There was a fitness concern for the duo after the Champions League game. Bellingham was substituted in the final stages of Tuesday’s UCL win over Braga. On the other side, Joselu was not involved in the Champions League game due to illness.
Real Madrid’s official website issued a statement ahead of the game with Braga, “Joselu will not be available for selection in tonight’s game between Braga and Real Madrid on Champions League matchday three. The forward has been forced to drop out of the squad at the last minute as he is suffering from the flu.
Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti was asked about Bellingham’s availability and he said, “Bellingham is fine. His adductor is a bit overloaded due to the state of the pitch, which was a bit soft.”
The Englishman has scored 11 goals and registered three assists in 12 appearances in all competitions. The 20-year-old is in terrific form.
According to Arancha Rodriguez, both players will be available for El Clasico on Saturday. Real Madrid are currently top of the La Liga table, one point clear of third-placed Barcelona.
