Real Madrid may sell their main striker to make fund for Kylian Mbappe

Kylian Mbappe is now able to discuss his future with other clubs.

Real Madrid are not taking a backstep in pursuit of Kylian Mbappe. The PSG forward might be signed through releasing one key striker form the current squad.

The Los Blancos are reportedly willing to sell Vinicius Junior if they are able to secure the signing of PSG forward in the January transfer window.

Mbappe extended his contract in 2022 and his contract will expire at the end of the season. Real Madrid are heavily linked with this player and they are trying their best to get him on board for the last two years.

The Frenchman is now able to discuss his future with other clubs as he has entered the final six months of his current contract in Paris.

As per the fresh report of Sport, Vinicius Jr could be the player who can make a way to get the Frenchman to Santiago Bernabeu. Real Madrid club president Florentino Perez considers Mbappe as a player who can fulfil that role.

Meanwhile, Vinicius Jr penned a new deal with Los Merengues in October. During an interview with France Football via Get Football, he said: “Everyone here wants to play with Kylian. I hope it happens one day. He is one of the best players, maybe the best.”

“I think I could stay here my whole career, but the club of my life is Flamengo. I promised my father I would go back one day. I have to keep this promise.”
