Gareth Bale is not having a great time since he left Real Madrid in 2020 but his days with Los Blancos were great. He joined the club again from Tottenham in 2021. The Welshman was part of Real Madrid’s all-time front three along with Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema. He joined Los Blancos from Spurs in 2013 and played for the next 7 years. Bale is also perhaps the scorer of the Champions League final’s most incredible goal.
During his first stint at Real Madrid, he scored 105 goals and provided 68 assists. His value was close to €100 million when he made a transfer move from Tottenham to Real Madrid. He broke the previous record fee of £80 million (€94 million) the club paid for Cristiano Ronaldo in 2009.
His role was crucial in Real Madrid’s winning campaign in Champions League 2013-14. He also won the UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup the same season. He later played a big role in another Champions League crown in 2015–16. His 3rd Champions League victory was special when he scored the incredible goal of the 2018 UEFA Champions League Final.
