Never before has the relationship between Kylian Mbappe and Paris Saint-Germain been so tense

The French club is using every effort to get the kid to sign a new contract or depart this summer, but Mbappe is adamant about wanting to stay.

The World Cup winner will receive a loyalty incentive from PSG and a signing-on payment from his new club when he joins Real Madrid on a free transfer in 2024. The Ligue 1 team disagrees and does not believe that a free transfer is a viable alternative.

PSG are now open to hearing any bids from parties with an interest. Saudi Arabia is the newest participant, despite Real Madrid and the Premier League having strong interest. According to the French publication L’Equipe, Saudi Arabia’s offer for Mbappe is significantly larger than the staggering €222 million that PSG shelled out for Neymar Jr. It is a world record bid, thus it is appealing to the Parc des Princes administration.

Al-Hilal offered Mbappe a salary of €400 million over two years, according to Fabrice Hawkins. Additionally, if he wanted to, they would allow him to join for Real Madrid in 2024. The 24-year-old is presently working out in Paris with the other club rejects after being left out of PSG’s preseason squad that travelled to Japan. The team has made it obvious that until he announces his ultimate choice, he won’t play for them again.

Mbappe must make a crucial choice as a result. He is adamantly opposed to signing a renewal, but he is also unlikely to be drawn to the idea of spending one season in Saudi Arabia before joining his ideal team. Real Madrid will continue keeping an eye on the situation from a distance and won’t act until there is more clarity.
