Toni Kroos was part of Real Madrid’s Champions League semifinal against Bayern where his side played out a competitive 2-2 draw. He has been quite regular under Carlo Ancelotti.
The 34-year-old controlled proceedings in the visitors’ engine room in trademark fashion, laying on the assist for teammate VinÃcius Jr’s opener.
While talking to the media post-match, Kroos was questioned about his future at Real Madrid. His contract will expire at the end of the season. The German international hasn’t signed a new contract yet.
The Los Blancos midfielder continued to keep his cards close to his chest. He said, “I have not made any decision about my future.”
Toni Kroos might leave the club despite regular time under Carlo Ancelotti. The German is not in Rea Madrid’s future plans. He may leave the club along with Luka Modric. The duo is playing their last season for Los Blancos. Both have assured one more La Liga title and Champions League glory is also on the cards.
