Real Madrid target Kylian Mbappe is entering the final six months of his contract at PSG. As per the Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Frenchman is expected to announce a decision on his future over the coming weeks.
It will be a great development in Real Madrid’s plans for the summer transfer window. The Los Blancos are heavily linked with Mbappe from the last two years and they are keen to sign a solid striker.
While talking on his official YouTube channel on Friday night, Romano said that Mbappé will soon confirm his decision. He is ready to make a pre-agreement talk. He will be a free agent at the end of the season.
Romando said, ‘Behind the scenes, Real Madrid keep working very strong, and very hard on the Kylian Mbappé deal. They’re on it.’
The Frenchman is preferring Real Madrid but he can choose any Premier League as well. Madrid wanted to bring Benzema back for the remainder of the season but the former La Liga striker decided to stay at Al Ittiahd.
Real Madrid are also planning to push for Erling Haaland as back up option if Mbappe makes signing with another club. Liverpool are also planning for the World Cup winner as the ideal replacement of Salah.
