Real Madrid are keeping tabs on the youngster’s progress at Goodison Park.

Real Madrid are reportedly interested in Everton centre-back Jarrad Branthwaite. He has been pretty regular for the Toffees and he could be a great addition to Ancelotti’s lineups.

The 21-year-old has been terrific this season. He was an unused substitute for Everton’s first two league games. He has made a start on 17 occasions in top-flight matches. He only missed December’s clash with Burnley due to suspension.

Branthwaite has kept six clean sheets in the Premier League this season which is only behind Arsenal, Liverpool and Newcastle United. His excellent form gave him a chance in Gareth Southgate’s England squad.

Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are also interested to get his signature. As per the reports of the Daily Mail, Los Blancos are keeping tabs on the youngster’s progress at Goodison Park.

The report adds that Real Madrid are scouring the market for defensive additions for next summer. Ancelotti is keen to boost their backline ahead of the 2024-25 campaign.

Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has observed Branthwaite’s potential who made his Everton debut in July 2020. He helped England win the Under-21 Euros last summer. His contract will expire in the summer of 2027.
