Erling Haaland’s release clause is around €200 at Man City.

Real Madrid are making their plans clear on the upcoming summer transfer window. They are straight-forward on signing Kylian Mbappe who is the prime target for the Los Blancos.

The Spanish giants are searching for a potential striker since the departure of Karim Benzema. Ancelotti is struggling to find the best option. Mbappe has been the best target but they could slip up.

Real Madrid are showing interest in Man City striker Erling Haaland as well. If they somehow fail to get the signature of Mbappe, they could consider signing the Manchester City star.

It won’t be easy to sign the Norway international. Real Madrid would just be required to pay half of his release clause. As per the reports of Spanish outlet AS, via the Daily Mail, Real Madrid only needs to pay half of Haaland’s release clause at Man City to sign him.

Madrid giants are currently chasing the signing of Kylian Mbappe who is allowed to sign a pre-agreement with the club of his choice. The Norwegian striker would be an ideal replacement for Karim Benzema.

Haaland joined Man City for £51 million from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2022. He won the historic treble in his debut season, scoring 71 goals and providing 14 more assists in 75 games.

Haaland’s release clause is around €200 and it only applies to teams playing in the Premier League. Teams in other leagues may sign him for about half of that amount.
