This summer, Real Madrid is considering a deal for Fenerbahce playmaker Arda Güler
According to rumours, Los Blancos are reportedly interested in signing the young Turkish player this offseason.
Güler was able to establish himself as a dependable player in Fenerbahce’s first squad throughout the previous season. In 35 appearances for the Turkish club last season, the gifted teenager racked up six goals and seven assists.
The 18-year-old, who averaged 1.7 shots, 2.0 crucial passes, and 2.0 dribbles per game in the Turkish Super Lig, was a reliable player in the final third. In league football, he completed 85% of his passes on attempt, making him accurate even while passing the ball into the opponent’s half (data from whoscored). In the summer of 2025, his current contract at Fenerbahce is scheduled to expire. So, if Los Blancos want to hire the talented playmaker before the new season, they’ll have to provide a strong offer.
Güler can make room for himself so that he can land a few strikes. He possesses the vision to create a few potential final third opportunities for those around him. The Turkish star can dribble the ball well and doesn’t hand the ball over carelessly in the half of the opponent. He is primarily an offensive midfielder, but if necessary, he can also play on the right side as a wide player or as a box-to-box midfielder.
Güler is already talented enough to occasionally join Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid team. He has the chance to break out in European football at age 18, therefore Los Blancos would be wise to try and entice him to the Spanish capital this summer.
