This summer, Kylian Mbappe has been connected to a transfer to Real Madrid
After Al-Hilal’s hefty proposal, Real Madrid reportedly made an offer to sign Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe. The Ligue 1 club put the France international up for sale over the weekend because PSG felt “betrayed” by Mbappe since they now believe the former Monaco attacker has decided to join Real Madrid for free next summer. Nasser Al-Khelaifi is reluctant to lose Mbappe for nothing in a year, so PSG told him they needed a response on a new contract by July 15 or they would try to sell him this summer.
Al-Hilal of Saudi Arabia made a massive offer of €300 million to PSG on Monday for Mbappe, with rumours saying that their one-year offer to the player might be as high as €700 million. But according to numerous rumours, Mbappe is only interested in making his “dream” transfer to Real Madrid, where he intends to go at the end of the current campaign. However, given the circumstances surrounding his current position at PSG, it’s possible that they may determine his destiny. According to the Spanish newspaper Nacional, Real Madrid has reportedly started a bid to acquire him a year early.
Prior to negotiating a price with PSG, they made the player a “official offer,” and Florentino Perez, president of Real Madrid, is prepared to give Mbappe the €80 million that PSG had offered as a loyalty incentive. According to Nacional, Perez has advised Mbappe to “forget about the discussions” with the Ligue 1 team since Real Madrid is prepared to handle his loyalty bonus, with the Frenchman set to get €40 million in the first year.
