Should Ancelotti get Ligue 1 midfielder Tchouameni on board?

Real Madrid are stepping up their pursuit of AS Monaco midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni. According to a report from Marca, It is understood that Real Madrid are keen on bringing the French talent to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium at the end of this season.

The 22-year-old has scored two goals and provided one assist in 31 Ligue 1 matches this season across all competitions.

Monaco’s French midfielder is averaging 2.7 tackles, 2.7 interceptions, 0.7 clearances, 1.5 shots and 1.1 dribbles per game in Ligue 1 and the UEFA Europa League.

The Rouen-born talent is a solid tackler of the ball and can time his challenges well to secure the ball back at the centre of the park. He can strike the ball purely and with power from long range and is also proficient at setting up a few decent chances for others around him in the opponent’s half.

Tchouameni can add more bite and steel to Carlo Ancelotti‘s midfield department and he could help them to challenge for the UEFA Champions League trophy.

The Gunners are reportedly interested in signing a loan deal for the Serbian attacker, who has struggled to establish himself as a regular starter for Los Blancos this season.

Jovic has had another poor season at Madrid, frequently falling behind Karim Benzema in Carlo Ancelotti’s pecking order.

This season, the 24-year-old has made 15 appearances for Los Blancos, scoring one goal and assisting on two occasions.
The Serbian striker has been a consistent fixture on Real Madrid’s bench, which explains why he averages 0.7 shots, 0.4 critical passes, and 0.3 dribbles per 90 minutes in La Liga.

However, he deserves credit for being tidy with his link-up play after completing 79.2% of his attempted passes in the Spanish top-flight.

Jovic’s efforts off the bench have grabbed the eye at times, so Los Blancos would be prudent to keep him until they can find a suitable replacement. Ancelotti’s first-choice striker is now Karim Benzema, with Jovic and Marino Diaz providing support on the bench. As a result, if Real Madrid is to fight for numerous titles in the second half of the season, the manager will need to rely on Jovic’s skills.

All things considered, Real Madrid should not consider allowing Jovic go this month, even if a loan transfer would be beneficial to the player’s confidence.

Reports claimed that Real Madrid are eyeing a move for Real Sociedad striker Alexander Isak.

It is believed that Los Blancos are weighing up a move to acquire the services of the Swedish marksman this summer.

The 22-year-old has scored some crucial goals for the Spanish club this season and has drawn attention with his exploits as the focal point of their attack. Isak has appeared in 25 matches for Real Sociedad this season, scoring eight goals and assisting on two occasions.

The Solna native has established himself as a reliable player in La Liga, averaging 2.1 shots, 0.4 critical passes, and 1.4 dribbles per 90 minutes. However, after completing 72.4 percent of his attempted passes in the Spanish top division, he has to concentrate on improving his ball distribution.

Real Madrid are still hunting for a long-term replacement for Karim Benzema after Luka Jovic and Mariano Diaz failed to establish themselves as regular starts under Carlo Ancelotti recently.

If Isak maintains his current form with Sociedad, Los Blancos would be wise to sign him since he possesses all of the qualities required to be a quality player at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Overall, Isak will be a viable option for Ancelotti to consider at the conclusion of the season if Real Madrid fail to secure any of their key targets.

Ronaldo wants to return to Real Madrid this summer!

Ronaldo has asked his agent to determine which clubs would be interested in his signature.

Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly keen to return to Real Madrid at the end of the season.

The Portugal skipper made his second debut at Manchester United from Juventus last year. He has been in impressive form for the Red Devils this season, scoring 14 times in 23 appearances across all competitions.

Everything depends on Man United’s campaign in Premier League. Ralf’s men are struggling to get themselves in the top four and if they fail to qualify for the Champions League, the Portuguese may leave Old Trafford.

As per the reports of El Nacional, United striker has asked his agent Jorge Mendes to determine which clubs would be interested in his signature ahead of the 2022-23 campaign.

The report also adds that the 36-year-old ‘would be delighted to return to Madrid’, with the Portuguese desperate to win more trophies before the end of his career. Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be keeping a close eye on the developments.

Ronaldo has been a legendary figure for Real Madrid, scoring 450 goals and registering 132 assists in 438 appearances. He has also won his most number of trophies with the club – two La Liga titles, two Copa del Rey and four Champions League trophies. His contract with Man United will expire in 2023

Real Madrid reluctant to release Luka Jovic for loan

Real Madrid reluctant to release Luka Jovic for loan

Luka Jovic has scored just one goal and provided two assists in 15 appearances so far this season.

According to Marca, Jovic has once again been linked with a January exit from Real Madrid. It happened this time last year when he returned to Eintracht Frankfurt on loan, but the hamstring injury suffered by Karim Benzema last weekend has put the brakes on any potential departure for the Serbian striker.

This is the second knock that Benzema has suffered in the last few weeks, with the first coming away at Real Sociedad on December 4.

Real Madrid do not want to be left with only Mariano Diaz as an option up top if the Frenchman faces an extended spell on the sidelines.

Jovic is ahead of Mariano in Carlo Ancelotti’s pecking order, but this has been another campaign in which Jovic failed to impress. The 24-year-old player has scored just one goal and provided two assists in 15 appearances so far this season.

Karim Benzema’s house was broken into on Sunday while the French striker was playing for Real Madrid against Elche.

Benzema, who missed a penalty and subsequently left the Santiago Bernabeu injured, returned to find his residence “in a complete shambles,” but it is unclear what was stolen.

“The player realised what happened when he got home after the match and found the whole house in a complete mess,” sources said.

Alex Kirkland and Rodrigo Faez of ESPN reported the burglary took place between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. ET, which was at the same time Benzema was in action in the 2-2 draw.

Benzema lives in the town of San Sebastian de los Reyes, just north of Madrid. The intruders are believed to have jumped the fence outside the house before entering after breaking a window.

Despite police efforts to crack down on the problem in recent years, the 34-year-old is the latest footballer in Spain to have his house stolen into while playing a match.

Casemiro of Real Madrid and Thomas Partey of Atletico Madrid, who is currently with Arsenal, were among those who were in the list.

With what seemed to be a hamstring injury, Benzema had to be replaced in the second half of Real Madrid’s 2-2 tie with Elche. He will be subjected to more testing on Monday, according to the club. The forward had also missed a penalty in the first half, which was his first miss from the spot for Madrid in 17 attempts.

Ibrahimovic reveals a conversation he had with Kylian Mbappe.

Kylian Mbappe has entered the final six months of his contract with PSG and will likely leave the French capital in the summer.

Real Madrid are the frontrunners in securing Mbappe’s signature and could even sign him as a free agent.

Former PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic was asked if Mbappe should sign for Real Madrid.

“Only Kylian can answer this question. It depends on what he wants and what he thinks. I would go… but if it were PSG I would try to keep him,” Ibrahimovic says. “The club wants him to continue, but does he want to stay? There are more teams that follow him. If you can sign Mbappé and you don’t want to, it’s you’ve got the wrong job.”

Ibrahimovic then referred to a story earlier in their careers when they spoke about Real Madrid.

“It is true that one day he asked me and I replied: ‘In your place I would go to Real Madrid,” Ibrahimovic says. “I had the opportunity to play for different teams, different countries, with different footballers and that’s how I learned and grew up. Playing at home your entire career is easier. Going away is an adventure.”
